Can't Connect to Amnezia Free
Let's consider different cases:
- Unable to connect to Amnezia Free immediately after adding the key. The application gives error 1100 or 1103.
- Able to connect to the Amnezia Free service, but it does not work
- Amnezia Free was working before, but for some reason, it stopped working.
If error 1100 or 1103 appears when trying to connect
This means Amnezia cannot get the main configuration for connection from our services,
- Try reconnecting to another network. For example, if you are trying to connect via WIFI, try disabling it and connecting via a mobile network, or another SIM card.
- If you received the configuration through the Telegram bot a long time ago, try requesting a new configuration through the app.
If you can connect to the Amnezia Free service, app does not show any errors, but the VPN does not work
Resetting the API configuration may help, especially if you obtained your configuration a long time ago. You can reset the API configuration in the settings.
After resetting the API, try reconnecting. If this does not help, try resetting the API configuration again after some time, as the servers may be under heavy load at the moment.
- Try restarting the device
- Try changing the type of connection; if you connect via WIFI, try mobile internet, and vice versa.
If resetting the API configuration doesn't help when using cellular data on Android
- Try pressing "Connect"
- Wait for Amnezia to connect
- Enable airplane mode for 10 seconds
- Disable airplane mode.
