How do I reboot the server?
In AmneziaVPN, open the connection settings with full access to the server, go to the Management tab, and click Reboot server.
We recommend not shutting down the server from the client area, as this can cause errors.
How do I pay for an Amnezia Hosting server?
You can pay for your Amnezia Hosting server with any bank card or cryptocurrency. If you're in Russia, you can also pay via "SBP" (Faster Payments System).

Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a trial period.
We recommend ordering a server for 1 month first. You can change the billing period to 3, 6, or 12 months later by contacting support.
Can I cancel the server and get a refund?
Servers paid for one month are non-refundable.
If you paid for a longer period, we can refund you for full unused months.

Does the server renew automatically?
Auto-renewal is not available yet. This means you need to pay manually each time the current period is about to end.
An invoice for the next period is sent to your email 5 days before the current period ends. To keep your server, pay the invoice before the period expires.
If you don't pay, the server will be suspended for 7 days after the period ends. 7 days after suspension, the server is deleted automatically.
Can I renew early?
Yes, if less than a month is left in the current period.

What if I pay the same invoice twice?
If you pay the same invoice again (e.g. via "SBP"), you'll get an error like "This QR code has already been used for payment."
Can I change the billing period for my server?
Yes. To do this, contact support.
The change will take effect when the current paid period ends.
Can I top up my balance in the client area?
Balance top-up is not available at the moment.
In the client area you can use the server renewal option if it's available, or extend the billing period through support.
Can I order multiple servers?
Yes. Go to Amnezia Hosting client area → Services → Order New Services.
How many devices can connect to the VPN?
Tested performance is up to 10 keys (configurations) when the server is set up with AmneziaVPN.
Do I need to change the server password?
Only you know the password you receive after payment. Change it only if it's been compromised.

What data does Amnezia Hosting store?
We don't collect, store, or analyze your server logs. The server must not be used for any illegal purposes.

Where are Amnezia Hosting servers located?
All servers are in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
Can I change the server IP address?
Yes, but only if your ISP or a site/service blocks the server IP.
Contact support to request an IP change.
Is it safe to pay for Amnezia Hosting?
Yes. Paying for and using a VPS is a standard practice for legitimate purposes.

Can my ISP see what I do on the server?
When you connect via SSH or AmneziaVPN, your ISP only sees encrypted traffic to a specific IP address, not the contents.
What is the server internet speed?
Minimum guaranteed speed is 100 Mbps. It's shared among everyone using the server.
Can I increase the server speed?
Speed upgrades are not available at the moment.
We'll consider adding new plans or speed upgrades if you share your needs with support.
Is traffic limited?
No, you can use any amount of traffic.
Which ports are blocked on the server?
Only port 25 is blocked. Other ports may be temporarily blocked during DDoS attacks.
Can I use torrents on the server?
Torrent traffic is not allowed — this is due to laws in the regions where the servers are located.
Downloading and sharing copyrighted content is prohibited.
We may add servers with P2P support in the future.
Do I need to disconnect from VPN to use torrents?
Not necessarily. Set up split tunneling in AmneziaVPN so only selected traffic bypasses the VPN.
You can do this yourself or ask support for guidance.
